Whether you are looking for cosy sensory fun for neurodivergent children, a friendly community bake-off, world-class film festivals, or a hauntingly illuminated trail through the historic Kew Gardens, we’ve put together 6 exciting and fun events designed with your accessibility in mind. 1) The Ultimate Bubble Show
Questors Theatre, Ealing, London
3rd October 11am
The Bubble Show is a captivating, highly sensory experience for neurodivergent and disabled children. It’s a chance for children to interact with bubbles and enjoy the slow-moving visual effects in a cosy and comfortable space. To book your ticket, please follow the link. The Ultimate Bubble Show. Accessibility
The venue offers wheelchair access, automatic entrance doors, lifts and accessible toilets and there are 3 disabled parking spaces on site, but they cannot be reserved and are not guaranteed. 2) BFI London Film Festival

7th - 18th October
If you love films and immersive storytelling, join the BFI London Film Festival for it’s 70th edition. It’s a chance to discover the best new films, which will be shown in London and around the UK, for the first time at different venues, including, BFI Southbank, Royal Festival Hall and partner cinemas. Accessibility
Audio-described screenings, captioned (BSL/subtitled) film showings, and relaxed screenings designed for neurodivergent audiences. Major partner venues, such as Southbank and Southbank Centre, feature step-free access, wheelchair spaces, accessible toilets and audio enhancement systems.

3) Bake Off Competition
Sands End Community Centre, Fulham, London
Join host Emma Sarre at the Sands End Arts & Community Centre for a friendly community Bake Off competition to raise money for Down Syndrome. Whether you're a seasoned showstopper or a beginner baker, come and share your sweet treats for a great cause. To find out more, please follow the link Bake Off Register.

4) Halloween Trail
Kew Gardens, London
16th October – 24th Oct
Experience the magic of Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew as it transforms into an atmospheric Halloween trail filled with glowing installations, fire performers, illuminated woods, and spooky theatrical encounters. Please follow the link to book tickets and view timings.
Accessibility
Kew Gardens provides several accessible facilities for deaf and disabled visitors. Guests can reserve mobility scooters and wheelchairs in advance, find easily accessible disabled toilets near major attractions, and utilise hearing loops at the entry gates and retail tills. Additionally, Sign Language (BSL) tours are available for visitors who are deaf.

5) Accessible Events Show

6) Renoir and Love Exhibition
National Gallery London
30th October 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Deaf lecturer Alan Murray leads a British Sign Language (BSL) tour of the National Gallery’s captivating exhibition, Renoir and Love. Discover how Pierre-Auguste Renoir captured passion, warmth and human connection across some of his most celebrated masterpieces in an accessible format.

Accessibility
The venue is committed to making it's visitor experience as accessible as possible for disabled people. All their entrances have step-free access, including their cafe, restaurant and shop. They have the following facilities available.
Wheelchairs and Scooters - A limited number of manual, self-propelled wheelchairs and walkers are available to borrow free of charge. If you require mobility equipment, it's best to book these in advance of your visit. Please, email info@npg.org.uk or call them on 020 7306 0055.
Assistance Dogs - Are welcome to the gallery. A water bowl and toilet are available for your dog.
